3. Intellectual Property

- Our Content: All content, designs, code, and logos created by Alt Dev prior to or outside of a project are our exclusive property.
- Deliverables: Upon final payment, the client is granted the agreed-upon rights to the final project deliverables as specified in the service contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
To provide high-quality services, we require timely communication and access to necessary assets (logos, content, credentials, etc.) from the client. Delays in providing these assets may result in project timeline extensions.
5. Payment Terms
Project fees, payment schedules, and deposit requirements will be detailed in your proposal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alt Dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use them. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific revenue goals or search engine rankings.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement according to the notice period defined in the specific contract. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
